Expressly Academic Testing
国产精品福利资源导航 is one of a small number of schools in the country that can offer partial academic selection for up to 10% of our intake. Whilst the vast majority of our pupils are admitted through standard admission criteria, we do offer a single Expressly Academic class for up to 32 academically able pupils.
If you believe your child may thrive in this highly academically able class, you are able to apply for your child to undertake Expressly Academic Testing, where their place at 国产精品福利资源导航 would be offered on the basis of their attainment in the Expressly Academic Test.
Is the Expressly Academic route right for my child?
The Expressly Academic route is specifically intended for pupils with high academic ability. We recommend that you explore the Expressly Academic route should your child consistently achieve GDS across their Key Stage 2 reporting.
If you're unsure whether your child meets these criteria, we'd recommend speaking with their current school, as teachers know your child well and can offer you honest feedback.
What does Expressly Academic Testing involve?
The 国产精品福利资源导航 Expressly Academic Testing is based upon the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum. All questions in the assessment are multiple-choice, which makes it fair and consistent for all children, regardless of their background or circumstances.
The overall testing comprises three discrete tests:
